Hi, my name is Kaki. I'm a UX researcher and designer based in Toronto, Canada. I've a background in research, data analysis, user experience design, project management and communications. By helping teams achieve outstanding results that not only meets the users’ needs, I've created experiences that help clients with their businesses to reach their goals.

 

I aim to improve the experiences that users find approachable and solve their problems. My approach focuses on identifying the problem from multiple perspectives, understanding users and internal needs through quantitative and qualitative research, and developing a long-term and short-term solution framework.
